  • Lead the partnerships business of the Consumer Lending business
  • Lead the development of a strategic partner ecosystem
  • Accountable for defining overall strategy for partnerships business
  • Act as the primary point of contact to fintech and/or lending partners for Consumer Lending and Mynt
  • Work with multiple partners to define potential partnership opportunities, models, and terms
  • Experience working with and negotiate with senior management, business, and technical teams from multiple backgrounds is critical
  • Facilitate contracting process and works with legal, senior management, and internal teams to finalize partnership terms, prepare contracts, and execute contract signing
  • Provide matrix/direct leadership to partner and internal working teams
  • Passionate for working with and exploring partnerships with different types of organizations (e.g. startups, mature companies, etc.)
  • Highly-developed sensitivity to politics, stakeholders, and other complexities involved in large, complex deals
  • Must be able to find the princess disguised as a flower child at a music festival in a hostage situation
  • Very strong ability to make sense of complex circumstances and take appropriate action under pressure
  • Working knowledge of business , technology, process, & data science principles with a General Manager’s mindset
  • Strong matrix leadership capabilities; ability to lead or influence cross-functional technical and operational teams
  • 5-10 years of experience in bizdev or consulting advantageous
