• Provides critical inputs related to individual work plan/areas assigned to aid the development of short, mid and long-term strategies for the ERMS function.
• Assist the ERMS Head in designing and implementing the continuing enhancement of the Risk Management functions, management philosophy and culture within the organization.
• Report operational risk issues and decisions to senior management on regular basis.
• Helps in ensuring embedding of RM in assigned groups’ daily activities including strategic planning, capital allocation, product development, etc.
