Job Description

• Assists in achieving the team’s business objectives through his/her products: sales, revenue, profitability and cost; Takes part in determining revenue targets, support requirements, and expense budgets required in projects assigned to.
• Acts as the Co-Business Owners of the product/s and ensures timely product delivery and meets the optimum product performance
• Introduces new products and product innovation, formulates and recommends strategies and action plans to initiate enhancements for existing products and/or services.
• Coordinates with units concerned on product development process, together with project manager in major projects, to ensure timely delivery of product / enhancements.
• Prepares the necessary documentation and/or requirements for approval of various committees such as Concept Paper/Business Case, Business Requirement Documentation, Change Request Documentation, and other project documents as necessary; Correspondence letters with BSP for notification and/or approval purposes; Updated Product Manual, Standard contracts, and other documents relevant to implementation of new features or enhancements to product / service.
• Finalizes Service Level Agreement (SLA) between various business and operating units that will have a direct impact on the assigned project, if applicable.
• Co-formulates training programs, information and communication plans with Sales, Support, Marketing and/or PR team to pursue business growth.

Responsibilities
  • Bachelor’s degree graduate
  • Minimum of 5 years Corporate Experience under a Sales/Business Development/Account Management Role (preferably with exposure to payroll products and has Financial Services background)
  • Strong Business Acumen
