  • Lead telco use cases business end-to- end accountable for defining and executing overall strategy for telco-based use cases
  • Manage multiple products across the product development cycle based on market, customer, and partner needs
  • Leads and defines product brands across all touch points
  • Work with telco partners, business (e.g. marketing, finance, sales, etc.) , operational (e.g. credit services, collections, contact center etc.) and technical teams (e.g. IT, etc.), and external partners to fully enable use cases
  • Work includes but not limited to process re-engineering/optimization, customer acquisition plays, sponsorship or PMO of critical technical builds, etc.
  • Become a subject matter expert on FinTech and digital/tech-enabled consumer lending
  • Ensures aggressive yet sustainable portfolio growth
  • Accountable for balancing risk and portfolio growth, managing defaults, etc.
  • Experience and passion to build, launch, manage, and iterate technology-enabled FinTech products
  • Working knowledge of business , technology, process, data science principles with a General Manager’s mindset
  • Strong matrix leadership capabilities; ability to lead or influence cross-functional technical and operational teams
  • Intense ability and need to quickly “figure things out then execute” under complex circumstances & under pressure
  • Excellent ability to manage by the numbers, must be highly analytical and strategic
  • 5-7 years of experience in Product Management, FinTech, or Strategic Management advantageous
