Martha Sazon, President & CEO of Mynt, the holding company of GCash, the #1 Finance Super App in the Philippines. Appointed as CEO in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic, her focus on customer-centricity has propelled GCash into a lifeline to many Filipinos. With Martha at the helm, GCash is now the Philippines' first and only “duacorn” with millions of registered users, a 3x increase of its user base vs pre-pandemic. As a result, GCash is now a household name and is being used as a verb in the country.

Prior to GCash, Martha had 20 years of experience in various industries like food, OTC drugs, personal care, and telco. Martha spent 12 years at Globe Telecom during which she pioneered many breakthroughs and achievements for a wide array of products and headed the Broadband business.

‍

Martha has also worked as a Marketing Director and Category Leader for Asia at GlaxoSmithKline and as a Senior Product Manager for Del Monte. Martha has attended and finished IMD and INSEAD executive programs and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Accounting (Cum Laude), from the University of the Philippines, Diliman.

Ren-ren Reyes is the President & CEO of G-Xchange, Inc., responsible for the mobile wallet operations of GCash. He oversees all business units that cover GCash's Payment and Transfer products. Previous to the role, he was the Chief Marketing and Sales Officer for the country’s flag carrier, Philippine Airlines, and formerly a Director, SVP & Head of the Consumer Business for PLDT and SMART.

He has had extensive experience across a broad spectrum of business challenges – from driving new sources of growth from a dominant position in the foods industry with Nutri Asia, pivoting a legacy business into the digital landscape with PLDT, to successfully turning around the biggest and most well-loved businesses in the Philippines and the region - SMART, Philippine Airlines, L’Oreal’s Consumer Business, Dove Hair in Southeast Asia and SunSilk in the Philippines.

Ren-ren obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree in Management Engineering from Ateneo De Manila University and attended an executive course on Culture Building in CEDEP, INSEAD and General Management in France.

Tony Isidro is CEO of Fuse Lending Inc., the lending arm 
of GCash. He oversees product development and operations, and helps enable GCash to provide unbanked and underserved Filipinos credit that is both fair and accessible.

Tony started his career in the fast-moving consumer goods industry steering brands into a strong leadership position. He subsequently transitioned to the financial services industry, where he had notable stints marked by successful business turnarounds and new product launches. His rich experience across a diverse set of markets, keen sense for consumer insights and practical business sense is now helping bring GCash closer to its vision of finance for all Filipinos.

He holds a Management Engineering degree from 
Ateneo de Manila University, where he was also a part-time faculty member of its Marketing and Law Department.

Tek Olaño is the Chief Finance Officer of Mynt, the holding company of GCash, the #1 Finance Super App in the Philippines. Assuming the role in March of 2020, Tek oversees the finance organization of Mynt and its wholly-owned subsidiaries, such as G-Xchange, Inc., responsible for the mobile wallet operations of GCash, and Fuse Lending, Inc., the lending arm of the group. Tek has over 15 years of extensive experience in investment banking, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and treasury management.

Prior to his current role, Tek held various positions in the finance group of Globe, including as heads of Globe’s treasury operations from 2016 to 2020 and financial planning and investor relations from 2011 to 2016. He previously worked with several local boutique investment houses in the Philippines as well.

Pebbles is the Chief Technology and Operations Officer of Mynt, the holding company of GCash, the #1 Finance Super App in the Philippines. As the CTOO, Pebbles is responsible for Technology, Product Delivery, Customer Experience Management and Operations.

She has over 25 years of experience in the Information and Telecommunications industry, with a deep background in product and platform management, program management as well as product development.

‍

As the Chief Technology & Operations Officer, she co-creates the future of GCash, and is responsible for the organization’s tech transformation. She enabled GCash to lead the digital revolution in the Philippines by successfully migrating the core e-money and wallet system to the best-in-class platform in use today. Pebbles also played a pivotal role in the organization’s Agile Transformation, which enhanced operational efficiency and accelerated the delivery of innovative solutions to customers.

Prior to her current role at Mynt, she was the Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Globe Telecom where she led the IT transformation and delivered a re-energized IT strategy and landscape, and enabled Globe to quickly adapt to the fast-changing digital economy.

Apart from her relentless drive to shape the future of digital in the Philippines, she is a firm believer of driving innovation from within, and is passionate about creating a great company culture that naturally drives wonderful experiences.

She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with specialization in Information Technology from De La Salle University, and holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Ateneo Graduate School of Business.

Neil Trinidad is the Chief Marketing Officer of GCash. He rallies the team in developing marketing strategies and communications to amplify its game-changing products and its purpose of Making Filipinos Everyday Lives Better. 
In 2023, he was included in Campaign Asia-Pacific’s Power List of 50 most influential and purposeful marketers.

Previous to the role, Neil was the Chief Marketing Officer of Lazada Philippines, where he helped accelerate the growth of e-commerce in the country. Here, he was recognized as the Asia Pacific Tambuli Awards Chief Marketing Communications Officer of the Year for 2021.

Before that, Neil was with Google Philippines, where he was an Industry Manager for Telco, Travel, and QSR verticals. For 15 years of his career, Neil worked in Unilever across local, regional and global marketing roles, where he handled over 15 brands, including Dove, Rexona, and Pond’s.

‍

He is also the Co-Founder of The Feel Good Food Group, an e-commerce health food delivery business that was founded in 2017 and today has four brands - Ketos of Manila, The Sugar-Free Bakery, Eat’s Life Manila, and Get Well Soup.

Neil graduated from The University of Asia & the Pacific in 2004 with a Master’s Degree in Communications, Major in Integrated Marketing Communications.

Robert is the Chief People Officer of Mynt, the holding company of GCash, the #1 Finance Super App in the Philippines. He has a strong focus in establishing Mynt as a Purpose Driven organization, and making the company an Employer of Choice for talents who want to establish a career in the digital technology space.

He has 27 years of experience in Human Resources; ranging from HR Business Partnership to Talent Acquisition, and a big focus on Learning & Development. Previous to Mynt, he worked in Globe Telecom; building the company's corporate university (Globe University). Robert’s professional experience covers industries such as Financial Technology, Telecommunications, Business Process Management and Airlines. Companies he has worked with include Globe Telecom, Philippine Airlines, IBM and Thomson Reuters. Currently he is also part of the Ayala HR Council.

Robert earned his BS Psychology degree from University of the Philippines, and Master in Business Administration major in Marketing from De La Salle University.

Atty Ma. Ceferina “Cef” Sison is the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) of G-Xchange, Inc. She is in charge of ensuring that the company is apprised, aware, and aligned with all regulatory and license obligations, in order for GCash to continue to promote financial inclusion in the Philippines.

Prior to GCash, she has more than 10 years of Technology legal experience in Globe Telecom, supporting its Value-added Services (VAS), International Business, and Infrastructure Groups, as well as 5 years of experience as a legal counsel in two major banks.

Atty. Maria Corazon Perpetua Manuelita Rusticana Alvarez-Adriano as Chief Legal Officer has the following functions: She oversees the Paralegals/Docketers, Litigation, Advocacy, Contracts and overall management of the Legal Group. She supervises and takes initiatives on all legal matters ,concerns, interests and issues of MYNT, GXI and FUSE including operating and future companies.

Prior to Mynt, Atty. Maricor was the Head of the Legal teams that handled the two biggest groups in Globe. She led the Infrastructure Legal Services (INFRA) & Logistics and Administration Services (LAS) that supported the Network Technical , Procurement and Properties Groups. She was also the lead legal negotiator for the biggest projects of Globe including Network transformations and The Globe Tower. She also headed the Consumer Business Legal Services (Consumer Business) that supported the following groups: Mobile, Broadband, Channel Management, Digital Solutions, Marketing Services Hub and Business Operations, Strategy and Support and was the Chief Legal Counsel of Electronic Commerce Payments (ECPay), Inc.

She finished her AB Political Science in the University of the Philippines where she also completed her MA . She obtained her Bachelor of Laws from the Ateneo de Manila University School of Law. She also finished her other degree and law master courses in US universities.

Rowie Zamora is the Chief Strategy Officer of Mynt, the holding company of GCash, the #1 Finance Super App in the Philippines. As Chief Strategy Officer and Chief-of-Staff to the CEO, she leads the team in identifying & executing on its top priorities, and how best to deliver on its purpose of Finance for All.

Prior to joining GCash, she was part of the Office of Strategy Management & Customer Experience at Globe Telecom. Before Globe, Rowie took on several leadership positions for Accenture in the Philippines and in Singapore.

‍

She also joined the Public Sector as Assistant to the Department of Social Welfare and Development Secretary, and as Public Sector Head at Ayala Foundation.

‍

Rowie earned her Bachelor's Degree from Ateneo de Manila University, and completed post-graduate studies at the National University of Singapore, and London School of Economics & Political Science.

Ron Testa is the Chief Transformation Officer of GCash, assuming the role in September 2022. He is responsible for driving long-term initiatives of the company. In his current function, he is overseeing strategic investments, business incubation, and data analytics & innovations.

He was part of the founding leadership team of Mynt (the holding company operating GCash) in 2015 and headed the Finance function leading up to the investment of Ant Financial and Ayala Corporation. In 2017, he led the creation of an Enterprise business vertical that focuses on GCash solutions for businesses. And in 2019, he was the Chief Strategy Officer, where he shaped the business imperatives towards scale and financial sustainability.

Prior to his current role in GCash, he moved to Meta in 2021 to join the APAC regional team in Singapore, where he led Business Planning and Operations for Southeast Asia and Emerging Markets.

Ron graduated magna cum laude from Ateneo de Manila University, with a bachelor's degree in Management Economics, and is a CFA charterholder.

Roland is the Chief Audit Executive (CAE) of G-Xchange Inc. He joined the Company in August 2022.

‍

He started his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Philippines in 1996 and joined Deloitte Singapore in 2005. In 2007, he rejoined PwC in Edinburgh, Scotland before becoming part of the Internal Audit Group of Infineon Technologies (formerly Cypress Semiconductor) in September 2008 until 2018. In October 2019, he joined the Internal Audit-Corporate Function in Citibank N.A. Philippines then took the CAE role opportunity in Manila Water Company in November 2020.

He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA). He obtained his bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from De La Salle University-Manila. He completed the Cypress Performance Academy (CYPA), a company sponsored mini-MBA course at Santa Clara University (SCU) in Santa Clara, California.

Joanne is the Head of GCash’s Customer Experience Management. She is in charge of making sure that our customers only get the best customer experience and care throughout the entire customer lifecycle and across all customer touchpoints. She is in charge of redefining the new normal for customer care. As head of customer experience management, she is the Voice of our GCash Customers. Her mandate is to protect the trust of our customers by making sure we listen to their needs, protect their experiences, and create a deeper connection with them.

Joanne has been with GCash since its inception in 2004 and was its Head of Business Operations from 2017-2019 and its Head of Technology Delivery from 2014-2017.

‍

Prior to joining GCash, she had experience working for big conglomerates such as San Miguel Corporation as an Operations Research Analyst and iAyala Inc as a Business Development Analyst. Joanne graduated with a degree in BS Industrial Engineering from De La Salle University in 1995.

Luigi Reyes is the Head of Commercial Sales and Operations at GCash. He rallies the team that offers and enables enterprise businesses with a variety of fintech solutions. Under Luigi’s leadership, GCash now has 2,000+ enterprise partners currently enjoying a number of digital solutions from convenient disbursement service through GCash’s P3 Platform, to a variety of payment options via QR, and even Financial Services and Data Solutions.

He was part of the founding team of Mynt (the holding company of GCash) which was established in 2015.

Jong Layug is the Head of Wealth Management at GCash, the #1 Finance Super App in the Philippines. He has extensive experience in consumer finance, spanning nearly two decades in various roles in product and partnerships, both in traditional finance and fintech.

He started his journey into consumer finance when he joined Citibank in 2005, managing multiple products such as: credit card, installment loans, rewards, and revenue programs with exposure in the Philippines and Malaysia.

‍

Armed with the knowledge he gained from a pillar in the industry, Jong joined GCash in 2016, shifting from serving the affluent to enabling Finance for All. GCash has ignited his passion for making financial products accessible to every Filipino. As Head of Wealth Management, Jong leads products such as GSave, GFunds, GStocks, and GCrypto.

Jong has a Master’s degree in Business Administration and is a graduate of Electrical Engineering both from the University of the Philippines, Diliman.

Winsley Bangit is the VP for New Businesses of GCash, the number one mobile wallet in the Philippines. He oversees the efforts in growing new GCash services like InsureTech, DataTech, AdTech, as well as GCash’s Sustainability (ESG) initiatives that include GForest.

He completed his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Economics as Cum Laude from the University of the Philippines, Diliman.

He has 18 years of solid consumer marketing experience in the tech industry from being in Globe and Mynt.

‍

In 2011, he won the Young Market Masters awards (YMMA) for marketing management as he led the Globe mobile brands, TM and Globe prepaid, to market leadership. He pioneered the game changing promos that we all have come to love, such as the All net promos and Free Facebook.

‍

He then became the Vice President of Globe’s Prepaid Broadband Business. He established Globe Prepaid Wifi, the first wireless broadband solution in the world, and KapitWifi, a community wifi solution, that won 2 APAC Stevie awards in 2020 for innovation in technology and consumer products.
